Parking is offered in a private lot behind Crescent Beach Wellness Spa or on street parking in and around the crescent beach area.
With an initial booking confirmation, patients will be asked for some information including name, phone number, email, credit card number to hold appointment time. Credit cards are required at time of booking. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out intake forms or update your personal information. Please ensure you have disclosed all current medical history. For existing guests, please ensure we have your up-to-date address, email, and contact information.
To ensure optimal treatment experience, our care providers reserve the right to reschedule late arrivals of more than 15 minutes. Crescent Beach Wellness Spa may retain treatment deposits failing a timely arrival. Crescent Beach Wellness Spa requires a 24 Hour cancellation notice. Appointment confirmations will be sent via text or email two business days prior to your scheduled appointment.
Treatment deposits are non-refundable if patients fail to appear. A “no- show” fee will apply if you fail to appear at your confirmed appointment time.
